Biography:
Joseph W. Fleece, III and Hamden H. Baskin, III joined together in 2004 to establish the law firm, BaskinFleece, Attorneys at Law. Prior to that, Mr. Fleece was a partner with the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP. Mr. Fleece has been practicing law since 1980 and focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation. He has lectured on estate and trust litigation matters at local, state and national levels.
Mr. Fleece is an active member in the St. Petersburg community. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for All Children's Hospital, having previously served as the Vice Chairman. He is the past president of PARC, The Police Athletic League of St. Petersburg and the Sunshine City Jaycees. He also served as a board member of The Children's Dream Fund; American Red Cross, Tampa Bay Chapter; the St. Petersburg YMCA and trustee of the Canterbury School of Florida. He is a past commodore of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and former Chancellor and current member of the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida.
